Introduction:

 The teaching learning processor should be an effective means we have to use Information and Communication Technology In education. It is necessary to construct planning progress according to the basis of a learner centred learning environment. So by this basis of strategy, we are going to discuss the various emerging Information and Communication Technology strategies in teacher directed learning and learner directed learning situations.

v  Google classroom, etc..,

        Many more apps are available in the Android Play Store and also the Apple I store, teachers can easily utilise these options to establish skill by the use of Information and Communication Technology.

There are plenty of opportunities for this Learner directed learning in the followings. 

1. Open educational resources

It is open source and free licence educational materials and items we can get from online. Many Digital textbooks Libraries and contents are available on the web.

2. Video tutorials

It is one of the best ways of teaching and learning methods, video should be in visual and audio method so he can understand the concept clearly and also he can take options to pause video if he is not able to understand and after understanding he can play and complete it. Many YouTube videos are examples for it.

3. Virtual labs

Nowadays the virtual labs are very moderate and economical one. Through the Virtual lab Eleanor can experiment all the critical assumptions with safety more because in real lab while doing the chemical reactions and Electrical practical’s even the safety points are remembered but it is questionable.

4. Virtual reality

It is created by Information and Communication Technology.  It gives a splendid 3D viewing experience with 360 degree angle. That is the special feature of this virtual reality head mounted display. Many private companies or selling this virtual reality HMD. We can buy it online.

4. Individualized learning

CD or DVD or any pen drive we can copy or get material from the teacher and we can learn it by self in our home.

5. Blended and flipped learning

The blended learning teacher discusses a topic in a classroom face to face situation and the teacher gives external online links to the students to go through it and after that the teacher asks them to complete the project in group or separately.

Whereas in flipped learning learners should learn through online or any web and also by using the skills he has to solve the problem in class.

6. SPOC

The small private open course Is ICT enabled teaching learning online course with tens or hundreds of learners .Mostly it is not a free course.

6. MOOC 

The massive open online course is also ICT enabled teaching learning online courses with Thousands or and thousands of learners. It is offered by a learning management system like MIT. It is a full and full free course but if you need a certificate then we have to pay for it.

7. Mobile learning

Mobile is the main and prominent stool in ICT enabled teaching learning process because if we have an Android mobile, we can receive all the ways of teaching learning process from wherever we are.  But the internet and signals are very important.
