ICT_How to create a video easily and simply

Step1 : Make hand written notes in detail.(Or Book material if you want )

Step 2: Scan the material as a Pdf file using mobile phones app Adobe scan pdf through play store.

Step 3: Save the pdf file in your Laptop.

Step 4: Open a PPT file. Prepare first slide with your name, Institution name and course code and course 

name(Dafault slide).

Step 5: download the app snipping tool in the Laptop.

Step 6: Open pdf file ,open snipping tool , cut the required part from pdf and paste in PPT slide.

Step 7: You can stop with number of problems or concepts you want and finish the PPT 1 . maximum 

slides 8 or 9 per PPT,because we give more explanation for each step in mathematics.Now your PPT is 

ready .

Step 8: Download Screen cast o matic through google search in the Laptop. Choose free trial . It works 

for 15 minute video. Actually this is more than enough for us.

Step 9: Always connect your laptop with internet for this step. Open PPT ,Open screen cast o matic.You 

can see a frame which is ready to record your screen( PPT).

You can see a recording button in the screen cast o matic tool bar.

click recording button ,counting starts 1,2,3 then you can speak and press near by button done.

It asks you to save or upload you tube video. Pls select save in computer.You can select folder or 

Desktop you can give name for video. It takes 5 to 10 minutes .

Now your video is ready.
